4. Client Responsibilities

To utilize our Services effectively, the Client agrees to:

• Cooperate fully with our advisors and attend scheduled sessions on time.
• Implement the recommended strategies at their own discretion. FinPlan Frankfurt is not responsible for the Client's failure to follow advice.
• Maintain the confidentiality of their account credentials and login details.

5. Fees and Payment Terms

Our fees are outlined in the specific service agreement or quote provided to the Client. Payment is due prior to the commencement of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We reserve the right to change our fees at any time, but such changes will not affect services already paid for.

• All fees are quoted in Euro (€) and are inclusive of statutory value-added tax (VAT) where applicable.
• Payments can be made via bank transfer or credit card.
• Services are non-refundable once delivered, except in cases of service failure on our part.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this Website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of FinPlan Frankfurt or our content suppliers and is protected by German and international copyright laws.
